Terms of service
These terms describe the SiteSathi AI beta service and what website owners are responsible for when they use it.

What SiteSathi provides
SiteSathi AI is a hosted website chatbot service. Approved website owners can configure business FAQs, upload supported knowledge documents, embed a widget, review enquiries and request human support through the dashboard.
Some features, including optional AI, paid plans, manual payment pilots and WordPress integrations, may be limited, disabled or available only to selected testers. A beta feature should not be treated as a guaranteed production offering.
Accounts and website verification
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials private and use SiteSathi only on websites you control or are authorized to administer. Website ownership verification may be required before the widget becomes available.
A Site ID is tied to a registered website origin. Do not use another business’s Site ID or attempt to bypass security or usage controls.
Your content and customer conversations
You are responsible for your business descriptions, FAQs, uploaded files and the claims your chatbot is permitted to make. Only upload information you have the right to use and do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data.
If you install SiteSathi on a customer-facing website, you must give visitors any notices and choices required for your use of the service, including a link to an appropriate privacy policy. You must handle your customer enquiries and support obligations.
Chatbot answers and human support
The chatbot uses the knowledge and settings configured for your account. It may be incomplete, out of date or unable to answer a question. Test important answers before relying on them. SiteSathi is not a replacement for professional legal, medical, financial or emergency advice.
Human support requests are available only where the relevant feature and team workflow are configured. Submission of a request does not guarantee immediate live-agent availability.
Beta service and availability
During early access, features may change as we improve reliability and security. We do not currently publish a service-level guarantee or uptime commitment for the beta.
Do not attempt abuse, spam, scraping, unauthorized data access or other activity that interferes with customers, the service or other users. We may restrict access to investigate harmful use.
Plans and billing
The public marketing website does not currently provide automated paid checkout or automatic renewals. Any limited paid pilot must have its price, tax treatment, scope and duration communicated and agreed separately before payment.
Manual UPI payment references are reviewed against actual bank credit before any paid access is activated. Entering a transaction number alone is not proof of payment. See the Cancellation and refund policy for current arrangements.

We may update these terms as the service changes. For material changes affecting a paid pilot, we will provide applicable information through the account or direct communication before the changed terms take effect.
