Cancellation & refunds
SiteSathi AI is currently offered as an early-access service. Here is how we handle plan questions and payment issues while public checkout is being prepared.

Current payment status
Our public website does not currently offer automated paid checkout, and there is no automatic recurring charge through this marketing website. PhonePe onboarding and manual UPI pilot controls are being tested separately.
Do not send a payment based only on a QR code, chat message or an unverified request. Obtain an agreed plan, payee details and written confirmation from the SiteSathi team before making a paid pilot transfer.
Cancelling a pilot
If you want to stop an early-access pilot, contact sitesathi.ai@gmail.com from your registered account email and include the relevant organization or website name.
Manual UPI pilots do not by themselves create automatic debit mandates. For any separately agreed paid term, cancellation and access-end details will follow the written pilot arrangement shared before payment.
Refund and duplicate-transfer requests
If you believe you made a duplicate transfer, paid an incorrect amount or were charged without an agreed service, contact us with the order reference, date, amount and the last few characters of your transaction reference. Do not send bank passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs.
We will review the payment against our records and the applicable written plan terms, then explain the next step by email. Any refund due under applicable law or an agreed written offer will be handled accordingly. This page does not promise an automatic refund for every request.
When a paid pilot is activated
Where a manual UPI pilot has been specifically enabled, a payment is not confirmed merely because a customer submits a UTR. An authorized platform administrator must verify the received credit and approve the order.
The validity period and renewal conditions should be visible in the offer or invoice. No public price or subscription duration is being promised by this page.
